These terms apply when you use this website or order from Trendysh Accosmetic, the beauty supplies shop in Nairobi with shops at Superior Arcade, Simara Mall and Junction. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy notice.
You can order for pickup at one of our shops or for delivery to places in Kenya we deliver to. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
When online ordering is on, you place your order on this website and pay by M-PESA. When the website says to order on WhatsApp, your basket is sent to us as a WhatsApp message and we confirm the products, the total and the delivery with you there before you pay.
Please give a phone number we can reach: we may call to confirm your order or the delivery.
Prices are in Kenya shillings (KSh). They can change, but your order keeps the prices shown when you placed it. If a price changes while you are checking out, we show you the new price before you can place the order.
Wholesale prices apply automatically when your basket reaches the quantity shown for them. A deal lasts until the end time it shows.
You pay by M-PESA Paybill, using the business number and the account reference shown after you place your order, and then type in the name on your M-PESA payment.
Your order is confirmed when we have confirmed your payment. The products in an unpaid order are held for you only for the time shown on your payment page; after that the order lapses and they go back on sale.
We show what is in stock as accurately as we can, but a product can sell out between your adding it and paying. If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we tell you and offer the same product later, another product of the same value, or your money back for that product.
Pickup at the shop you choose is free.
For delivery, you choose who carries it (a rider, a Metro or delivery option, or a bus or courier) and your place. The delivery fee shows at checkout and is paid with your order, before delivery. Delivery prices are estimates and may change; if yours changes, we will call you first. You can pick up as soon as you have placed and paid for your order.
Please check your parcel when you receive it and tell us at once if anything is missing, wrong or damaged.
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. Every order is carefully checked for faults before it is packed for delivery or handed over at pickup.
Please check your order when you receive it. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Keep your password to yourself and your details up to date. We may close an account used for fraud or abuse.
Reviews must be honest and about the product. No insults, hate, other people's private details, or advertising. We may remove a review that breaks these rules. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on this website.
Follow each product's instructions. For adhesives, dyes and other products that touch the skin, do a patch test first and stop using a product that irritates.
The text, photos and logo on this website belong to Trendysh Accosmetic or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for business use without asking us. Brand names belong to their owners.
We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered as described. As far as Kenyan law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Kenya's Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first; we will try to put it right. Any dispute we cannot settle together goes to the courts of Kenya.
If we change these terms, we update their version and date at the top. Your order is covered by the version you agreed to when you placed it.
